Jennifer Hong PharmD.
Jennifer graduated from University of Illinois-Chicago, College of Pharmacy and has been in healthcare for almost 20 years in various pharmacy settings like retail, PBM, long term care, and specialty as a staff pharmacist up to a director level. She has seen how pharmacies are run inside out and has personally built up several pharmacies from scratch to the ones with millions of dollars in revenue. While she had worked closely with medical clinics as a pharmacist, she realized many clinics struggling with focusing on patient care while dealing with office management and revenue generation. With the strong background of operation, management, and customer service, she found Eli Medical Solutions in 2018 with a vision of providing ultimate solutions to clinics so that physicians can focus more on patient care with better patient satisfaction while increasing their revenue at the same time.
Alexandria Mutakabbir CPC
Alexandria has been working in the healthcare field for a few years. She received her BA from Presbyterian College. She than continued her education and received a MA in Public Administration with an emphasis in health care management from Grand Canyon University. Alexandria has experience in medical billing and coding for kidney, dental, OBGYN, family practices, inpatient and outpatient hospitals. She has a certificate in Medical Billing and Coding, and she is a Certified Professional Coder (CPC).
Stacey Lee CNA
Stacey has over 13 years of experience in healthcare as a certified nursing assistant, an office manager at UltraCare Home Health in IL , and a nursing administrator at NorthShore University HealthSystem in IL. Her natural-born warm heart and passion for people makes her incomparable. She is currently in charge of billing, credentialing, and appointment service.
Terrence Park MSAOM
Terrence has earned his MS degree in acupuncture and oriental medicine from South Baylo University in CA and has a heart for sports medicine. Prior to him joining our company, his experience was at outpatient clinic, rehabilitation & physical therapy, and oriental medicine. He is a great asset for our alternative medicine clients. He is also a multi-talented individual with IT and sales skills.
Ellie Ha
Ellie studied communication, business and economics, and management at Universities in the United States, South Korea, and China. She has a strong understanding of business in general with healthcare experience in physical therapy. She is in charge of account administration, eligibility/benefit breakdown, and communication with our clients.
